I want to fall in love. I want to be loved back. I want to be told that I’m loved. I want to know I’m beautiful. I want to know that that special someone also thinks that I’m beautiful. Is that so wrong? Is that so much to ask for? I don’t think so. Doesn’t everyone in this world want to know that they are loved? Don’t we all want to know that we’re beautiful in the eyes of our special someone? Don’t we want to know that we’re wanted? I do. I know that I want to be wanted. I want to find my special someone. Call me love struck. But you know what? I’m a teenager. I’m a teenage girl in an ugly society where beauty is everything. Love and beauty. That’s all it is. But I want something more than just the average love and beauty the media gives to us. I want true love. The kind you see in Disney films. I want true beauty. Inside and out. And I don’t want it to be just in anyone’s eyes. I want it to be in his eyes. Maybe I’m asking too much. But I’m a dreamer. It’s what I do.
